Sports Massage in Ascot
More than just a sports massage
Personalised, hands-on treatment built around
you, how you move and what you want to achieve.
Helping active people recover, move and perform better.
Sports massage targeted to your needs
No two bodies, activities or reasons for treatment are the same.
A session with at Raw Power starts with understanding what is going on, how you move, what you do and what you want to get back to or improve.
Sports massage may form the main part of your treatment, but where appropriate I can combine it with other hands-on techniques, movement assessment and practical advice to help address the underlying problem, and not simply work on where it hurts.
Assess → understand what's going on
Treat → use the right techniques for you
Progress → help you move, recover and perform better
Can sports massage help me?
You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from sports massage. You might train several times a week, play sport at the weekend, spend long hours at a desk, have a physically demanding job, or simply want to keep moving well as you get older.
People come to Raw Power for many different reasons. Sometimes something hurts. Sometimes movement feels restricted. Sometimes the body just isn’t recovering as well as it used to. And sometimes the goal is simply to stay ahead of problems and keep doing the things you enjoy.
Sports massage may be useful if you:
Feel tight, stiff or restricted in your movement
Have muscular aches or recurring areas of tension
Are struggling to recover between training or activity
Have increased your training, workload or physical activity
Feel that something is affecting the way you move or perform
Are returning to activity after a period of reduced training or inactivity
Want to support your body through a competition, event or demanding period
Spend significant time sitting, driving or working in one position
Have a physically demanding job or lifestyle
Simply want to move better, stay strong and remain active
It Starts With You — Not the Treatment
Your session starts with understanding what you're experiencing, how you move, what you do and what you want to achieve.
From there, I'll use the approach that's right for you — whether that's sports massage alone or a combination of hands-on treatment, movement work and practical advice.
