Treatment Built Around You
Sports therapy, hands-on treatment, movement and recovery in Ascot
Sports Massage
More than just a sports massage
Sports massage is a targeted form of hands-on soft tissue therapy that can help reduce muscular tension, improve movement and support recovery.
At Raw Power, treatment is tailored to you — whether you're training regularly, managing the physical demands of work and everyday life, or simply want to keep moving well.
Dry Needling — Western Medical Acupuncture
Targeted treatment for pain, tension and restricted movement.
Dry needling, also known as Western medical acupuncture, uses fine acupuncture needles as part of a targeted approach to muscular pain, tension and restricted movement.
At Raw Power, dry needling isn't a standalone formula. Where appropriate, I use it alongside hands-on treatment, mobility and movement work as part of an approach tailored to you.
Osteopathic & Chiropractic Spinal Manipulation Techniques
Targeted hands-on techniques to improve joint movement and reduce restriction.
Spinal manipulation uses controlled, targeted techniques to help restore movement where joints feel stiff or restricted, often alongside treatment of the surrounding muscles and soft tissues.
At Raw Power, I use osteopathic and chiropractic manipulation techniques where appropriate as part of a wider treatment approach, alongside sports massage, mobility and movement work tailored to you.
Trigger Point Therapy & Myofascial Release - Self Management
What happens between appointments matters.
Treatment can help address what is happening today, but part of my approach is helping you understand what you can do for yourself.
During a session, I may show you practical self-treatment techniques using massage balls, rollers and other targeted tools to help manage muscular tension, maintain movement and support recovery between appointments.
I worked with the founder of the TP Therapy- Cassidy Phillips, to introduce the tools to the UK when they were on their initial journey touring the US and sponsoring Ironman USA. I taught their practical application to. I gave talks and guidance to thousands of professionals, from athletes, sports health practitioners and retail specialists. That experience forms part of how I help clients learn simple, effective techniques they can use themselves.
The aim isn't to make you reliant on treatment. It's to give you the knowledge and tools to take more control of how your body feels and moves.
Real People. Different Goals.
Different sports, different bodies, different stages of life — the approach starts with the individual.
Liam Bourke — Head of Swimming, Bishopsgate School
“Since seeing Simon regularly, I've remained injury-free, achieved new personal bests, and reached peak physical fitness. His treatments have been transformative — not just for recovery and prevention, but for building strength, mobility and resilience.”
Diana Marujo — Advanced Nurse Practitioner & NPC Fitness Athlete
“As an NPC Fitness Amateur Competitor, regular bodywork helps me train at my best, reducing pain and tension while improving mobility and flexibility. With Simon, I get all of that — and more. His experience, knowledge and skill are applied thoughtfully to my individual needs, helping me perform at my best and prevent the chronic injuries associated with this kind of training.
I also recommend Simon through my work, particularly to people dealing with chronic pain or problems associated with posture and manual handling.”
Robert Stabler — Retired
“I've always been active and, at a stage of life where I have more time to fulfil some of my sporting dreams, I need a body that's able and willing to cooperate. Simon has helped me stay on top of my game, giving me the confidence, strategies and capability to pursue those dreams — including a recent tour of the highest peaks of the Alps from Geneva to Nice.”
